PopCorner end user license agreement
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PopCorner ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
License grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Christian Attanasio(the "Developer") grants you a limited, non - exclusive, non - transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for personal purposes. The Software is provided free of charge.
Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software to third parties as a standalone product or as part of another product without prior written permission;
- redistribute modified versions of the Software;
- copy or distribute the Software as part of another software product without prior written permission;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software's source code;
- use the Software to distribute malware or perform unlawful activities.
Source code
The source code of the Software is proprietary and is not included with the distributed Software.
No rights to access, copy, modify, or redistribute the source code are granted under this Agreement.
Custom commands
PopCorner allows users to configure custom keyboard shortcuts and Windows commands.
You are solely responsible for the commands and actions you configure and execute through the Software.You should only configure commands that you understand and trust.
The Developer does not control, review, or approve commands configured by users and is not responsible for the effects of commands configured or executed by the user.
PopCorner does not receive or execute commands from external servers.
Updates
Future versions of the Software may include new features, improvements, bug fixes, or changes to existing functionality.
The developer is not obligated to provide updates or continued support for any particular version of the Software.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The developer does not warrant that the Software will be error - free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system or configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
This license automatically terminates if you materially violate the terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices.
Intellectual property
The Software, including its source code, design, graphics, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by this Agreement.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
Entire agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer concerning the Software and supersedes any prior agreements regarding its use.
